If you have steam on the PC, then you may want to buy something called steam link.  Steam link is roughly the size of a card deck.  It plugs into your PC network and TV, and allow you to stream games from your PC to TV.  It is able to steam in 1080p at 60hz.  The platform also allows you to use controllers for your games.      Please note, if you are thinking of getting steam link, it must be connected to the Internet via wire, rather than wireless.
